The BOSS BICEPS 6 WEEK CHALLENGE is a weight training and personal coaching program. Through video calls with Kim and her BICEP BOSS app, she has the tools to help you build Boss muscle and strength, regain your health and conquer your fitness goals!
As a Specialist in Performance Nutrition, Kim coaches for optimal performance. With a diet rich in whole foods and protein, you will gain muscle, lose fat and increase longevity.
It's been my life's work educating myself in all pillars of fitness.
Whole body health includes
optimal nutrition, muscular strength and development, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and balance, mindfulness and emotional well-being.
I spent over a decade coaching middle school wrestlers and solely conducting preseasons which contributed to state winning results by increasing their strength, muscle mass, endurance and range of motion all while inspiring discipline, a strong mindset and diet optimization.
They got in top shape for their sport all with bodyweight exercises! Our teams were fit.
I started lifting weights at age 12. I fell in love with training then and have grown in personal and professional experience. I have over 40 years of weight training experience with 25 years of that being professional.
I train men and women alike to gain muscle, improve strength, shed fat and correct health issues. My personal training use to be in person, and a schedule had to be kept. Now, people have the flexibility to train on their time, through the creation of my fitness app.
Lastly, I have spent about 20 of my fitness career years working with kids, too! I continue to run summer hiking clubs and winter fitness sessions. I have a heart for encouraging and teaching kids how to gain BOSS health and live life strong .
